Dr. Hager does not accept any insurance. She does not participate in networks, insurance plans, HMOs, managed care plans, Medicaid or Medicare*.
Full payment is due at the time of each visit. Cash, checks or payment via Zelle banking transfer are accepted.
Time is reserved exclusively for you. Dr. Hager requires that you call the office 24 hours prior to your appointment in the event of a cancellation. Failure to do so will result in you being charged for that appointment time.
*LCSWs must, however, opt-out if they want to work with Medicare beneficiaries who pay the LCSW privately. This requires a signed contract with each beneficiary the LCSW treats that confirms neither the LCSW or the beneficiary will submit any claims to Medicare for the psychotherapy services provided.
